These are an amazing treat! Wow! So delicious that it is hard to stop at one, but one does the trick! Healthy and so good. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Healthy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp. Raw Honey
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients. Stir to combine.
2. Place in fridge 15-30 minutes to set up,
3. Roll into bites
4. Store in fridge for up to one week. Freeze what you don't eat.
Optional: Flax seeds can be removed if you do not like the flavor, but they are a great source of fiber.
Container Equivalents = 1 Bite = 1 Yellow, 1 tsp. Honey, .5 tsp. Peanut Butter
