Here is a yummy treat but will still keep you on track with your program. These are so delicious! This will make 16 cookies. I doubled the recipe. Baker beware...they will disappear very quickly!!
Ingredients:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup toasted pecans
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper. Combine oats, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Once well mixed add in the applesauce, chocolate chips and pecans and mix well. Drop tablespoon size cookies on to your baking sheet. If you like your cookies flat then give them a tiny push down. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Container Equivalents = .5 Yellow .5 Tsp
